Galen Levesque joined EcoTimber in January of 2008, bringing to Ecotimber his expertise in field sales leadership, sales operations, and sales management. Galen has held multiple management positions in the flooring industry with: Shaw Industries, Tuftex, and Mohawk Industries, and most recently was the owner of two flooring companies catering to the new home and commercial builder market.

He holds a degree in business from the University of Phoenix. "I was drawn to EcoTimber because of its mission to supply high quality products from environmentally sound business practices." He hopes to raise awareness and bring the necessary change within the flooring industry as it relates to sustainable forestry; and that this awareness will bring about understanding to the true meaning of the effects on our world environment.

Galen grew in Northern Maine and as a youth helped with the family business of farming. He moved to Colorado in 1984. His personal hobbies include hiking with the Colorado Mountian Climbing Club, skiing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family.
