Bryan Ripka joined EcoTimber in early 2005, and has since been integral in establishing our network of Authorized Dealers. In 2007, Bryan moved to our Commercial Sales division, focusing on building relationships with production home builders.

Before joining EcoTimber, Bryan spent three years as the Marketing Coordinator at Metafore, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting Forest Stewardship Council certified wood products in the building marketplace. He enjoyed consulting and educating architects and other construction professionals on environmentally-friendly building methods, specifically those endorsed by the US Green Building Council's LEED program.

While at Metafore, Bryan also developed a global market awareness publication distributed to countries within South America, Africa and Asia made possible through a grant from USAID.

Thanks to his work at Metafore and at EcoTimber, Bryan is well known in the Pacific Northwest's green building community, specifically in Portland, where he's resided for over ten years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies & Planning from Portland State University.
