David Henry | NewWest Capital Partners

Mr. Henry has 25 years of transactional, operational and managerial responsibilities in private equity, investment and merchant banking, mezzanine finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial banking, and venture capital. He has lived in Colorado for over twenty-five years and has devoted his career to corporate finance for emerging and middle-market companies. He co-founded NewWest in 1998. He previously was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of St. Mary Land & Exploration Company (NYSE-SM); as an investment banker with Hanifen Imhoff Inc. and Boettecher & Company Inc., as a commercial banker with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company; and as an engineer with Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Oil Company.

He received a B.S.E. degree, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and a M.B.A. degree in finance from Harvard University.
