Peter Holbrook

Peter Holbrook advised EcoTimber as the company's investment
banker on its recent preferred equity and working capital line of
credit financings. He founded Holbrook & Company in 2002 and
has executed numerous equity and debt financings, sell side M&A
advisory assignments, and buy side M&A advisory assignments
for emerging growth companies in the technology, consumer products,
and sustainable business sectors while at the firm.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holbrook has provided strategic and financial
advice to senior management teams and boards of directors regarding
the most critical decisions facing their companies. As an investment
banker with Holbrook & Company, Wasserstein Perella, Donaldson
Lufkin & Jenrette, Broadview Associates, and Dain Bosworth Incorporated,
Mr. Holbrook has advised on over 50 transactions reflecting $4.0
billion in aggregate value. Mr. Holbrook's transaction experience
includes buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, public and
private issuances of equity and debt, fairness opinions, tender
offers, restructurings, and valuations for companies such as Time
Warner, Texas Instruments, Medtronic, Central Garden & Pet,
Merrill Corporation, BDM International, and the Pacific Exchange.
Prior to founding Holbrook & Company, Mr. Holbrook served as
Chief Financial Officer of AudioBase, Inc., a leading provider of
enterprise class streaming software and services to the Fortune
500. As CFO, Mr. Holbrook raised $30 million in equity and debt
financing from strategic and financial investors including Bay Partners,
Charles R. Schwab (personally), Hambrecht & Quist (now JP Morgan
Partners), Lighthouse Capital Partners, Sony Music Entertainment,
Texas Pacific Group, and TransCosmos USA. Mr. Holbrook structured
and closed the sale of AudioBase in 2002.
Mr. Holbrook holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School
of Business and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a Director of
EcoTimber, Inc. and Under the Canopy, Inc., as a Board Advisor to
Vino Volo, and as a Trustee, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance
Committee of the Marin Waldorf School. Formerly, Mr. Holbrook served
as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Andale, Inc.
